Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil (do not use exrtra virgin, must be proper olive oil)
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 egg
- 2-4 tablespoons parmesan cheese or grand padano
- 2-5 tablespooons helmans mayo (or miracle whip)
- 2-3 dashes Frank’s Hot Sauce
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- salt & pepper
Instructions
put it all in a jar, blend in a blender or use a hand-held blender wand
taste and adjust as necessary (oil/vinegar ratio difficult to perfect)
can add dry mustard if you desire
